Frequently asked questions about bundles
How is this different from buying everything separately?
With NRGEA you don’t buy the installation — you buy the energy product (electricity, heat). That’s why we can offer both components as one bundle, with one fixed monthly rate and 25 years of service. Buying separately means two installations, two maintenance contracts, two VAT bills.
Can I take just one component?
Yes — if you only need solar panels, only a heat pump, or only insulation, we’re happy to look at the standalone solution. The bundle is most advantageous when you need both components anyway.
Which subsidies can I get?
Belgium offers several premiums: Mijn VerbouwPremie, municipal subsidies, and sometimes provincial or Flemish supplements. It varies per home. We factor all subsidies into your personalised proposal.
What if I want to expand later?
No problem. If you start with the insulation bundle, you can always add a heat pump later (and vice versa). The systems are designed to be scalable within the NRGEA model.
How fast can the project start?
After you accept the proposal, we schedule within 2–4 weeks. Insulation and panels together take 3–5 working days; heat pump and panels take 4–6 working days.
